Landlord/Manager agrees to permit the following animal(s), and no others, to dwell on the premises subject to the terms listed below:

The Tenant agrees to provide adequate shelter, food, water, and grooming for all approved animals at all times. The Tenant shall comply with all local laws and ordinances regarding animal ownership, including licensing and vaccination requirements. The Tenant shall ensure that all animals are current on vaccinations and flea/tick treatments.
The Tenant shall ensure that the animal(s) do not cause damage to the property or create an infestation of any kind. The Tenant shall maintain proper housekeeping standards and promptly clean up all animal waste from both the interior and exterior of the premises. The Tenant shall be responsible for all damages caused by the animal(s), including but not limited to damage to floors, walls, doors, screens, landscaping, and any other part of the property.
The Tenant shall promptly remedy any complaints from neighbors or other tenants regarding the animal(s), including but not limited to noise, odor, and aggressive behavior. Upon termination of the lease, the Tenant shall return the premises in a clean, sanitary, and odor-free condition.
This Pet Addendum may be cancelled by the Landlord/Manager at any time if the Tenant violates any of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Upon cancellation, the Tenant must remove the animal(s) from the premises within the time period specified by the Landlord/Manager. Failure to comply shall constitute a material breach of the Lease Agreement.
